Lecture about dating and love with autism!
The lecture is given by Sofia Asplund and Lisa A. Nordenstam, both of whom are licensed psychologists and have written the book "Knäck kärlekskoden", Crack the Code of Love - a dating handbook for those on the autism spectrum. A book that is a concrete and practical help to increase your chances of finding love.
During the lecture, we will talk about, among other things, concrete tips on how to meet new people, how to ask someone out, how to prepare for a date and how a date can go. We will also talk about how you as an autistic person can take care of yourself in your dating life to feel good.
Lisa A. Nordenstam is a licensed psychologist and works in general psychiatry with CBT and neuropsychiatric assessments, where she meets many autistic people. She has also worked on a research project on treatment for young autistic people with sleep problems.
Sofia Asplund is a licensed psychologist and doctoral student. in obsessive-compulsive disorder and related conditions. She has previously worked in general psychiatry with CBT and neuropsychiatric assessments.
