On Vitberget, beyond Boda Borg at the Pistol Shooting Range, the municipality has established a 1.6 km hilly artificial snow trail. This trail is created from stored snow from the previous year, often making it available early in the season, sometimes even before the first snowfall.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, the trail is reserved for ski clubs. Recreational skiers are welcome to use other trails or ski at different times.
Changing and shower facilities are only available at Skellefteå Ski Stadium/Camping.
