The concept is simple – choose among dishes from the cold lunch buffet and they warm freshly prepared dishes that the chef serves directly from the kitchen door. Pay by weight in fast checkout, and take home or to the office. Or pay at the food bar and sit down and eat in the market hall cozy environment.
We want to serve tasty lunches with freshness and a large element of healthy and vegetarian components, where the menu varies from day to day. Good food starts with good ingredients. Therefore, we always choose products with care, and the value and choose quality over the lowest price.
We are inspired by the cooking methods and ingredients from around the world and let it be reflected in the food served. Each flake salt or drop of oil are there for a reason. The food should taste, feel and look good.
