The Folk Museum in Bureå

Was opened in 1933 and is located in Skärvägen, Bureå, by the river, opposite Bureå church. The Folk Museum from 1755 is also in the area, it was moved to the park in 1953. Here you will also find a summer cowshed and a fisherman's chapel from the 18th century, with several interesting inscriptions on the outer walls, some of them made by people from Uleåborg, Finland. Between the park and the church there is a wooden bridge dating back to the 17th century.
