Arctic Wellness Weekend
A long weekend for recovery, where the association between body and mind with the freedom to move in a natural environment are the focus of your well-being. The retreat includes various healthy activities surrounded by the beauty of the natural environment including sauna, hot tub, meditation and yoga in the snow. With full-board accommodation at Byske Havsbad resort.
Your stay starts on Thursday, 6 th February at 15:00hrs, finishing on Sunday 9 th April at around 13:00hrs. The Arctic Winter Yoga Retreat warmly welcomes those who need to relax and disconnect from the day-to-day. The retreat is suitable for beginners.

Virya Yoga Virya
Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga which focuses on biomechanics. Virya yoga´s foundation is an easy-going and methodical way to find the strength, greatness and joy of body and mind. Virya yoga was developed by Naprapaten Malin Flinck and Josephine Selander of the Nordic Yoga Institute. Virya yoga is a systematically composed yoga series where each class consists of ten modules, each building on the previous to create a wholeness, a natural movement pattern which is as beneficial, strengthening and injury free as possible.
